Sandie Fenton combines riveted anodized aluminum, coated metal, brightly colored paint and silver charms to make her “Wild Spirit” collection of jewelry, clocks and ornaments. In creating her fanciful animals and human figures, she draws on her childhood memories, her many travels, her interest in folk art, her training as an artisan and especially, her vivid imagination. Her earrings feature bold geometric shapes and striking colors and patterns. Her whimsical fish, cats, dogs, turtles, birds and “Wild Women” are a wonderful addition to anyone’s collection of wearable art and contemporary crafts.
